The last few weeks have been a swirl of busyness and emotion…and with no forest within walking distance…into the garden I went…well, it’s really just the back yard😉…but it is my own personal Garden of Eden…green and full of nature’s soothing balm for my soul…

“And into the forest I go, to lose my mind and find my soul.”

-John Muir

Grabbed the camera and my macro lens…just to practice…didn’t set up the tripod (which would have been smarter) but it was a sunny day and I just wanted to play…no agenda…just get lost in looking for small wonders…

The best remedy for those who are afraid, lonely or unhappy is to go outside, somewhere where they can be quiet, alone with the heavens, nature and God. Because only then does one feel that all is as it should be and that God wishes to see people happy, amidst the simple beauty of nature. I firmly believe that nature brings solace in all troubles.”

— Anne Frank

Look what I found😃
“No living thing is ugly in this world. Even a tarantula considers itself beautiful”
― Munia Khan
“Every being devotes and dedicates itself to some innate purpose. Single cells, microbes, plants, insects, animals—every being makes its own unique contribution.”
― Julie J. Morley, Future Sacred: The Connected Creativity of Nature
It was horrible…I almost got caught and eaten by that horrible mousebird that sits in the bush over there…
It’s OK…I’m here for You…

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 The Ugly Bug Ball…Hope you Laugh❣

Just an FYI…

“In clinical studies, we have seen that 2 hours of nature sounds a day significantly reduce stress hormones up to 800% and activates 500 to 600 DNA segments known to be responsible for healing and repairing the body.”

– Dr. Joe Dispenza
